Discovery
We begin with a deep dive into your world. Through brand discovery workshops and one-to-one conversations, we learn about your business, your customers, your culture, and your goals. We research your competitors and industry to understand the landscape you're operating in so that your new brand reflects not just who you are, but where you want to be positioned.

What this stage delivers: Stakeholder interviews, brand workshops, competitor audits, audience research, and a written brand strategy summary.
Strategy & direction
With research in hand, we develop a clear brand narrative and establish your brand's personality, positioning, and visual direction. We present initial mood boards and creative routes so you can see where we're heading before a single line is drawn. If needed, we refine and revisit until the direction feels right.
This is where careful meets unexpected. We take the time to get the strategy right, then push the creative to live in that space between considered and surprising.

Design & refine
This is where ideas become tangible. We design your logo, select your colour palette, define your typography, and develop the supporting visual elements — textures, patterns, icons, and graphic devices — that give your brand its distinctive feel. You review designs at every stage, and we refine until every detail is right.
We push past the obvious ideas to find a design that surprises.
What this stage delivers: Logo concepts and refinements, colour palette development, typography selection, supporting graphic elements, and iterative review rounds with your team.
Delivery & implementation
A brand only works if it's applied consistently. We package everything into clear, usable brand guidelines and deliver all the assets your team needs — from logo files in every format to document templates, social media kits, stationery artwork, and website design specifications. We can also support your rollout with ad design, website build, and ongoing design support.
